For re-roofing all tile is reused except broken tile. Flashing, underlayment, and wood needs to be replaced. We don't skimp on the process - we start fresh with everything.

We can replace all tile with a new tile style/color for reroofing. Can be R&R or brand new tile.

  • Basic Warranty: 1-layer of underlayment (UDL #40) 25-year warranty
  • Longer-Lasting Warranty: 2 layers of underlayment (UDL #40) 35-40 year warranty
  • Highest Quality Warranty: 50-year warranty

    We only provide a 5-year warranty on labor because we expect your roof to last. If your budget allows, you can choose to add a longer warranty on labor.

Our Process

We are deadline-driven and work hard to get every project completed within the proposed timeline. We understand that our customers depend on a contractor to follow through on what they promise.

  • Contact Gilbert Roofing

    Contact our offices to schedule a Free Estimate.

  • Inspect the project

    We walk the roof, inspect the tiles or shingles, and review the drainage, check exterior issues such as trees, and determine if there are any leaks.

  • Proposal

    Submit the proposal to the customer that includes description, cost, and proposed timeline.

  • Deposit

    Receive a 50% deposit to secure the project

  • Schedule

    Project is scheduled on our calendar.

  • Roofing Process

    We explain the process to make the project as efficient as possible.

  • Estimated Timeline

    Residential projects take about a week to complete and commercial projects are dependent on size.
