Re-roof homes, commercial buildings, custom home builders Start with inspection - condition, how old, if there is water damage then it has to be completely remodeled - replace the plywood, etc. for strength and long lasting. Only spray foam on strong plywood - foam is only as good as the plywood below it. Many times plywood needs to be replaced. 1-2" foam sprayed, depending on the quality required - usually paint the roof white to reflect the heat - tan is also popular for homeowners associations. Lighter colors are preferable. Recoat/repaint existing foam roofs to maintain the foam roof - recommended every 7 years for residential and commercial roofing. Maintains the life of the roof for longer. Power wash & repaint - less expensive than replacing.

    We walk the roof, inspect the tiles or shingles, and review the drainage, check exterior issues such as trees, and determine if there are any leaks.

  • Proposal

    Submit the proposal to the customer that includes description, cost, and proposed timeline.

  • Deposit

    Receive a 50% deposit to secure the project

  • Schedule

    Project is scheduled on our calendar.

  • Roofing Process

    We explain the process to make the project as efficient as possible.

  • Estimated Timeline

    Residential projects take about a week to complete and commercial projects are dependent on size.
